Card orders
You pay for an order list by card on a secure payment page run by Stripe. Titan Chemical Services never sees your card number. Prices come from the product list and tax and any delivery fee are added on the payment page. Austin confirms delivery or pickup with you after you pay.
Refunds
Refunds for card orders go through Titan Chemical Services. Call (909) 908-6290 and Austin will help.
Rental and service requests
Sending a rental request or service visit request through this website is a request. It is not a contract or a payment. Titan Chemical Services confirms price and availability with you first.
Payment processing
Tiny Mammoth, which built this website, charges Titan Chemical Services a small processing fee on card orders. That fee is between the two companies and is not added to your total.
Product information
Product descriptions on this website summarize the product labels. The label and the Safety Data Sheet for the product always come first. Read them before use.
Rentals
Rental rates, dates and conditions are confirmed with you directly before a machine is released.
Changes
Products, sizes and availability can change. Titan Chemical Services may correct or decline a request that has an error in it.
